Hi all,

Just restoring a 1974 classic range rover and i would like to know if the early discovery alloys CYCLONE part number ntc 7739 will fit to my car. The car currently has the original steel range rover rims and i particularly like these discovery 1 alloys

please can someone give me some advise if they will fit

many thanks

People did put classic alloys on disco 1 and it was said that disco's cracked the alloys due to weight.

Hi

Sorry don't know if Disco wheels will fit an early RRC.
But I do have an early set of TUBED alloys from a RRC. They look just the same as the later 3 spokes but need to use tubes with them.
No sure which year they are from, they are in ok condition no chuncks out of them but need repainted as there's some surface corrosion and they have been painted green at some point.
I used to run these on my 1994 RRC which can also use Disco1 wheels.

Cheers
graeme

yes and no...you may need to change hubs as slightly different on early rrc's
