Advice on buying a 2002 4.4 V8 Vogue LPG please

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a Range Rover, probably a2001/2002 -ish.
I've seen a 2002 4.4 V8 Vogue with LPG advertised but don't know where to start!

Does anyone have any advice on buying 01/02 RR's please? eg what to look for in a good example, what to avoid, is the 4.4 v8 any good, is it any good with LPG, potential problems, etc. all the usual buying advice would be very much appreciated.

I have read some of the other buying posts but was really after some basics on this model if possible. I've noted the advice on checking the electrics (then checking again!) which I will do...then again

Also, if not this model then which one? with LPG.

one of the biggest problems is overheating let it get hot look for water marks look for pipes getting to hard oil, oil filler cap for gunge take it on good test drive slow and fast gear change smooth noise from gear box take some body with you preff that has had rr goodluck and welcome

dont ask me to come i got sold one with an overheating problem the head gasket blew the very next morning i got 200 miles out of it!!

check it has had front diff re-call done, transmission are prone.
