Hi there, I'm new to the whole Land Rover world and I can't claim to know much about the mechanics of these beautiful vehicles. With that said, I purchased a 1982 series III 109 which had been in storage for the last two decades after the previous original owner passed away.
I've had it at two specialist Land Rover garages and proceeded with all recommended work and it now has a fresh MOT and runs beautifully. Both garages said they've never seen a series LR like it and it's as if it's just come of the factory line. It's only done about 25,500 miles since new and it looks amazing.
As I'm saving for a first house and I'll be going to university next year I've decided I'll probably have to sell it. If I had a big barn/ shed I'd probably just keep it in storage for the next 5 years when I can probably afford to run it again but unfortunately I don't.
Any advice on how and where to sell it would be fantastic. Thanks all.
