My 2 pence; They have been really good for me, cheaper than everyone else (by quite a lot), very helpful.. I have not claimed against them but someone crashed into my landy and I claimed against the 3rd parties insurance and they have been great for that and gave me a 'accident management company' to talk to who were really helpful and gave me a nice courtesy car.

They also insured my old car for 3 weeks until I purchased the landy then they switched the policy over.

Latest joy. New house has a garage. Flux say if the LR is stolen from the property (for example the yard, or the big gravel area in front of the house, or a field) after 6pm it's totally uninsured. Must be locked in the garage at 6pm sharp. So that'll be fun in the summer then. NFU insure the Disco, their deal is if it's stolen from the house but not in the garage I just pay the theft excess.
Really ****.

i was ready to leave flux because there morals are basically "#### you, were gonna charge you for everything"

I called them to say i didnt want to renew, they asked why and ended up beating the qoute from NFU. Now costs me £280 fully comp £150 excess, other cars etc etc.

Very happy this year. we will see when its renewal time.

Hi

Would you be so kind as to PM me your reference number please as I think there may of been some misunderstanding about the time?

Thanks

Dan

Despite not being that keen on them... when it comes down to checking the small print, the actual under righters are sound, the cover is ok, A/F them selves are a pain to deal with, but, the policies are cheap.

Now have 3 policies with them. They ####ed up my no claims at one point, but, vaguely sorted it. If i could find another company which came within £25 of their prices, i'd go with them, but, alas, I can't - and can't be bothered to sit on the phone for hours trying.
