Adding photos to site

Can we have some clear instructions how to add photos on here please? I can upload them fine but when it comes to adding them in the member or forum section it wont accept them? Why? Its a Jpeg image?? How do you upload pictures???? Thank you anyone...

Thanks craigy, have read the instructions and its all what im doing. I just keep getting error messages or file type not acceptable messages at the final button. I only wanted to put a photo of my landy in the members gallery. dunno how everyone else gets theres done although looking at this thread section im not the only one with problems....

Picture size within the upload limits?

click on
insert an image.
i goto photobucket. copy and paste
and this is all i can get.
this pic is only about 1.5 mb

Do yu think it might be the ".html" after the ".jpg" that might be the problem?

with the html bit removed

it puts the link to my photob.....but not the pic itself

I use the photo bucket app download them onto there and then use the IMG code in my posts dunno if it's the same on the web version but I do most of my posting from my phone saves transferring then to the computer first

That's ciz yu gotta put it in the pic icon above. And make sure it's public.

cheers for help......i was using the html bit, as the mad hat man pointed out.
just use the
IMG CODE................so simple when someone pushes u in the right direction..
