adding a strap for a short person

my midget at 5'1" gets into my disco just fine and its about 2 inches taller than standard.

1.5" lift and slightly larger tyres than standard

Ok i put a standard grab handle (like the one just above the door) on the passenger dash just below the glove box. Is level with knees when sat in it. Doesn't get in the way of anything, and was easier than stripping out everything trim wise on the a pillar and possibly making a hole in the stuff behind it . Sorry for the necro post resurrection but it is a problem easier solved than trading her in for a younger and fitter model
