Put it this way - it's easier to run pipes from the bottle up the wiper blades with some suitable perforations.

Who knows the best hard way then?
You have to remove the padded shelf from on top of the dash, and slide your hand down behind the dash. Just below the bottom of the screen, you will feel the nut holding the washer jet on. If your hands are small enough, you can use a spanner to undo it. I had to clamp a pair of large molegrips onto the outside of the washer jet to stop it rotating with the nut. If you can't get your hands onto the nut, you will probably have to move the whole dash away from the bulkhead.

Not fixed yet but while behind the dash found the cards from the factory covering the individual requirements for the vehicle. Requests for electric washers being one. Also for hardtop in colour sand. Has highlighted how original my landy is. This is dated 6 sept 72.

I used to keep a small safety pin (stuck into the top of the dash) so when the jets get blocked just put the pin in the little hole in the jet from ouside and poke/prod and waggle it til the **** came out. How's that for easy? :D
