Hi there,
I am thinking of re conditioning my original lift pump, as I have one of them nasty cheap ones on ATM, it was needed at the time and got me going again.
But it is a matter of time before it goes kaput.
I have found these guys:Reconditioning and spare parts for Diesel Fuel Pumps, Injectors, Governors, Lift Pumps - Peter Slater Fuel Injection Engineers
Any one used em?

Any one got any tips?
Any one done it?
Got a online guide?

Found this PDF :http://www.autoelectricaldieselfueli...Lift_Pumps.pdf
Mine very similar/same as the M1924

I don't fully understand all this.
I wanna know what I need to order to recon me pump and not sound like a complete retard on the phone:lol:

Its lots of cross reference numbers:confused:

Thanks for any help:D:D

i dont think you be able to pull apart one and change the valves and diaphragm and get two halves to reseal unless early type with screws around

yes explained on your other post

Kay well I have dismantled it and this is my pics so far.

1. The top for reference purposes.
2. Yikes maybe why it stopped working:eek:
3. Stripped and cleaned.
4. Them valves are probably fekked, how do I remove? what are they called?

In fact what is the proper name for my lift pump so I can purchase the parts required to recon?
