That should be IP66 (or is it IP68?) rated so no water should be able to get in, even under reasonable pressure after going through a puddle at speed. So not fit for purpose.
Email tennis at moment with Autodoc for a refund - sensor was part number 30633 by A.B.S..
Autodoc looked back in their records and say that I only ordered one sensor last September but were happy to replace or refund if I gave them my VIN number .
Gave them my VIN number.
Then they said that was the wrong part for my vin number even though their website says it is for a P38 and equivalent to STC2786.
They sent me a link to the correct part which turned out to be a track rod end LOL
Told them to stop messing me about and to refund me for the part I purchased.
Now they want to know where I got the OEM part number from ( on their website).
Moral of the story is you never know how good a supplier is until you put in a warranty claim.
Autodoc are ****.
