Hi i had my 2003 Range Rover MOT,d to day, it failed because ABS light failed to come on or off, went and took it to independant L/R specialist and light working fine, comes on for about a second and then gose out, they had not given time for it to reset it self, just kept turning ignition on and off, now have new MOT but just wondering is light working as it should. thanks.

There should be a chart on the wall in the Testing Station which tells you the sequence and length of time the lights should be on/ off, etc. A lot of the Land Rover range only go off once you move off. Can't say offhand but easily checked at any (good) testing station. I say that because I nearly had an advisory/ failure for one the tester thought was faulty only for me to point out to the service manager the poster on the wall which said it goes out at 7mph. He was doing what your tester did, switching the ignition on and off!
