A127/65 Alternative

Hi folks

My alternator bit the dust today but luckily I made it to a place where I can pull in. Mine appears to be a A127/65

I wish to replace it and just wanted to know what the current thinking is? An A133/80 is bloody expensive compared and seem to be out of stock in several places.

So, VIN is JA622 and I'd like something with a little more beef.

Anyone help?

there are 200a alternators out there..120-150a go for £20 on ebay...dont be afraid to fit jap..

Thanks. So which ones would fit?

Meant to add that mine is a V pulley

Went to the scrappy and he said, " Fill yer boots sunshine, and take a spare too!"

Granada seems to fit and an other one from a God knows what. £25 spent for two.
