Diary entry: 16.11.18 Well I'm not going to say it was to no avail. Followed Buster's pics and I changed the rear barrel lock.

Did you note the following....
Where the spring loaded ball bearing pin was located?
you may have the barrel either 180'
Out or the ball is not stopping in the retaining hole

Yes Phil. All those noted. Located correctly and ball retained. It's doing the same with the new barrel as it was with the old. Can't get into the lock to check the gobbins out so just bought a new one on Ebay.
