A french P38 1996 receiver problem

Hey hello everybody

I am french and in france we don't understand how change and resolve the problem about battery and receiver of RR P38..
I have a bad english but I hope you can understand me!
I want to change the component of my old receiver because a new receiver is expansive!!
If someone had ever do that...I want the refer of every components which has change
( the reference and the name of the new component on the YWY500170 receiver)

La première chose à faire est d'enlever l'antenne. Ceci réduit sa gamme, de sorte qu'il soit moins pour prendre d'autres dispositifs.

When I was at school (A long, long time ago) our french teacher was ugly. strict and had whiskers-she was a right bitch so we learnt Brummie instead-Yam Yam land was a million miles away!!
