A frame fitting

Just bought stc53179 facelift A bar/front guard.its a few months old but seller had no fitting inst.i got a copy off google but not the profile for cutting out bumper.also says remove bumper to fit anyone know if it can be done without complete bumper removal.
all advice appreciated.
