what so no hydraulic press? they just "pop" together?

Yes they come in two halfs simples.

Couldn't have been easier to get the poly bushes in.
When it came to getting them into the brackets on the vehicle they were a touch wider than the apature but with a bit of grease on the brackets and a jack underneath to force them up, it was a dodle. Once in you can wobble them to line things up exactly for the bolt to go through. DO NOT TRY TO LEVER THEM THROUGH THE BOLT HOLE. If you do it will crimp the metal internal collar and you won't get the bolt through so would have to remove and re shape.
I learned that the hard way.
