Hi Everyone.
I have a 1993 Range Rover Classic 4.2 LSE and a 2002 Defender XS td5 110, and have previously owned another Classic and a series 3 109 for a number of years - this explains why I never have any money and am usually late for appointments.
I am reluctantly selling the LSE, which is by some distance the best car I`ve ever owned, under instructions to buy something more "sensible", but I have a horrible feeling I`ve under-priced it at £2650. There seems to be a massive range, mine is in good condition for its age and mot`d till next March, less than 80k on the clock, and drives really well, but I genuinely have no idea where to pitch it (both in terms of price and where to advertise it), anyone got any ideas?
I also have a 1992 Saab 900i Classic convertible, which I am also selling. From the proceeds of the two (plus my pocket money until 2025.....) I`m thinking about buying a Freelander but can`t believe how well Freelander 2`s hold their value (compared for example to an X-Trail)- am I likely to get an 07 with sensible mileage for less than £15k ?
Thanks , Ian
