A/C Compressor Not Swiching On.

At last I have managed to get someone out to check the air con and refill. There are no faults showing and everything seams to be working. He tried the compressor and it does work but he said no power is going to the compressor and it is probably a sensor. Any Ideas ?

If fuse 27 and relay 3 are good look at dual pressure switch.

I tried to look to see if the clutch was working on the pump, but could not get to it, I think they put these parts in an awkward place so that we have to go to a garage for repair, lol
Is there anyway I can test the switch, before I buy a new one. £66 is the cheapest I could find.

Is the dual pressure switch getting power from the hevac unit? It's a grant to power the a.c. clutch.
