A/C Clutch Relay

Can anyone tell me why the A/C clutch relay is engaging when I turn on the fan? Is this a faulty clutch relay and if so where can I locate it? Is it replaceable?

Is the in-cab dial set to screen demist? That setting operates A/C whether or not the A/C switch is on
