HI
ok so the series 3 passed its MOT with out any problems except the brake hoses cylinders etc need to be changed or striped but it was quite cheap anyways so I let the garage do it, the garage also top all of the fluids up; but as it pulled away from the garage in first gear it felt a bit 'crunchy' so more revs were applied and it pulled away fine, but every time it pulls in first gear there is the same 'crunchy' feeling, this did not happen before the MOT when the landy was driven, also the clutch pedel does not return fully any more and hovers a few cm away from my foot, I guess there is something up with the clutch and not the gearbox, but i'm still new at this and the landy was the first time I have really done anything mechanical so i'm just not sure, but its safe to say im already looking for another!

Any help would be great

EVERY TIME the clutch pedal feels funny, FILL THE RESERVOIR!

All Landy owners should carry brake fluid for this very purpose.

Nine times out of ten low fluid is the problem.
The tenth time is a total bummer .............

Either that or the Garage has put the wrong oil in the gearbox! If so drain it ASAP! Otherwise it is a box change or rebuild if left to long.
