The A bar (soft nudge bar type) fits simply with 2 bolts that pass through the bumper and bolt to the chassis ends
As far as I'm aware, there was no change to the chassis in the face lift, just cosmetic changes to the style of the bumper etc (spot lights moved etc) . . . so you should be ok !!
