Has been covered.
As far as i know if your doing jusg a 2" lift on a Fender you just need to just need to change the dampera and springs.
Possibly extended bump stops.
Im sure someone can confirm

yep just springs n shocks should be fine, if u really want you can get castor corrected radius arm bushes far cheaper than corrected arms, and you can cut off the chassis front brake pipe bracket and weld an inch lower to save worrying about new extended hoses
