Hi all,
The centre box on my 90 NAD has blown today. I have an issue with re-fitting a new one. A previous owner has done a bodge ( can you believe iton a Landy!!!!!) The hangar bracket for the centre box on the chassis has corroded through and the current exhaust has a bodged hanger that consists of a long bolt and several rubber washers and lock nuts attached to it, through the part of the hanger that is left. Consequently the rear exhaust does not sit correctly and is actually touching the rear tub and causing a drumming through the cab. Anyone got any ideas how I can fit a new box and get the correct pipe run? I have thought of a straight through pipe, but I am not sure of whether these require the centre mount.
Oh, I need the van back on the road for Tuesday as well!!!!!
