Fold down shelf connected to the tub, you can get a delete kit to remove the tub at the rear
of the seats to give you more space.

I was hoping to go over the top of that part of the tub and go to the top of the dash but I was hoping there was better ideas that keep the tub behind the seats

Dash is higher & steering wheel in the way ;)

Put a hinged panel from bulkhead to fold forward towards the steering wheel. Have some legs that go to the floor/seat box for support.
If you only use this end for your head you will be good.

(get some big bits of cardboard make some templates up before cutting anything)

Is this something you have done before?

Thats what I was trying to say.

I would give a second vote for a bulkhead delete kit. If your sleeping platform is too high then it will be mega-claustrophobic and a real pain to get in and out of.
I think you may be pushing your luck in any case, I have a 110 which I use for camping and there is not a right lot of room in there, particularly if you add wet jackets and muddy boots etc. I struggle for room with just one person and need a Caranex tent if there is two of us.
