Hey All

I've done my rear brakes this weekend mintex pads and discs.

I was gonna start on the front but ran out of time. On the front ones it appears you have to disconnect the brake line. I can do this but to speed job up would like to keep it connected. They are held on a bracket on top of swivel housing is it possible to unbolt this bracket and keep everything connected without affecting swivel housing?

Just want to know to assign time and a mate to help bleed if necessary.

Also was reading the other post on here about upgrading brakes. Mine have been hard to lock. I wondered if mine needed a new servo how do you know?

yes you can remove bracket but once removed put a bolt back in quick so you dont loose oil out of swivel seal, put foot on brake pump up till hard keeping your foot there start engine servo if working will let pedal drop a bit
