'89 110 Body Stiffener

I've been offered a cheap 110 that is just out of Tax & Test.
It needs a front diff which I've found for about £40 second hand but apparently the "body stiffeners" are rotten at the rear of the vehicle...around where the rear seat belts are anchored?
Not being of 90/110 knowledge does anyone know how easy they are to replace & if they are expensive/repairable with welding?

I thought it was weird...I asked him if he meant outriggers but he said no; they go from the wings to underneath the rear tub?

Am assuming he means the channels that the floor is fastened too there's about 5 of em under the tub. easily replaced. alternatively he could be on about the bars that fasten to the sides of the tub just behind the wheel arches again an easy replacement

yep thin steel tube that stops the sides from flapping about..
