Its more about balance - I took off and put on a LWB on my own, key is haveing trestles ready and some planks of wood, then you can slide it. Its not heavy but its easy to overbalance if you have't planned it well and got your lay down area ready. Undo all the bolts, lift one end up at a time, then put planks across otherwise it will fall in.
