83 Defender rebuild from a reliable company?

I'm trying to rebuild my 1983 Defender 110 (for the past 4 yrs....) but have concluded that I do not have the time or resources to complete the project (I live in Germany). Please point me towards a reputable company in the UK that provides quality LR rebuild service at a price that won't cause me to sell my first borne... Trying to keep it as original as possible, to include the 2.25 petrol engine... though it would be nice if I could at least reach minimum autobahn speeds! Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated!
