Bit of research 
I've got some steel wheels that came with a set if mud tyres on. I've since taken them off and now have the steels separate. They were white but then painted black which isn't the best finish. I'm gonna strip them back to bare metal and paint them black. Got Hammerite here so may do it in that if not it'll be matt black and a few coats of it.
Are they worth anything either in bare metal or painted? Can chuck in some road tyres if so done does want them. Not much life in them but would like to get rid of them as taking up space!
