70g of weight, either you had terrible tyres on or its buckled slightly. Should be nock on weights on them not stick ons.

Not sure about that? I thought it was knock on for steels and stick on for alloys. That's what my local tyre guy does anyway.

FWIW my freestyles have lots of weights stuck on them and they aren't buckled, it might be something to do with the outside diameter of the tyres. The bigger the outside diameter the bigger the weight needs to be at the wheel to correct any imbalance.

Stick on is for alloys with no lip, i use nock on on alloys with a lip like these alloys

I have knock on weights on my freestyles, I also have alot of weights on to balance my bfg mt's. Used to work in a garage and yes some tyres are bastards to balance and the bigger the tyre vs the rim the more weights needed. Mate had 295/15/22 on his bmw and neither tyre needed balancing. Replaced with another brand of equal quality and they both needed balancing one of which was a pig to get to right.
