erm...1 inner 1 outer each side...or just do what nearly everybody does and fab some up out of box section.

buy the outer sills from local supplier the outer ones can be welded on over the top of existing sills or better still cut out the rot and trim to fit thats what my mate did to mine looks neater:5bsmash:
