Was listed as euro3 engine so informed it couldn't get ulez by all most every 1 plus tfl.....my newer L322 has just been rejected :( and that's after doing all the leg work and getting certificate of conformity from jlr

The problem is that just about every government institution is f*cking useless unless you get the 1 person in the department who knows what they're doing and they're so demoralised by everything being run into the ground they're pretty much past caring.

My 4.6 got rejected. I was hoping it depended on the CoC PDF scan being low enough. I wonder if the details are generic, or measured on each car from the factory ?

There is no sense in it at all I'm now going to send emissions data to dvla and have it changed on my V5 as the last para on the tfl rejection letter states this is a possible route to get it excepted with no need to go threw them as once the v5 data is updated they automatically use that.

I was led to believe the 4.6 wasn't ULEZ compliant.
What NOx value did your CoC state?

You have the 4.0 right? Your NOx value should be 0.051 g/km which is ULEZ compliant.
Why did they reject your CoC?
What NOx value did it state?
The limit is 0.08 g/km.

All I did Dan was email JLR for coc gave them my vid number and the checked all info and just sent it to me came from rover group ltd int headquarters Warwick tec park cv34 6RG hope this is helpful

I suggest that you google TFL ORDER 2006, because when our V8’s were manufactured there was no emissions order for Euro 2-3 engines, so therefore compliant for ULEZ Regulations. Euro 3 was repealed by Government. Therefore no order. Khan is not playing by the rules that his own department has set up, if you need more info google action against ULEZ extension and a post by fella called Mavinda Singh.
