P38A 4.6 HSE Starting/Sync Issues Help Needed Essex

This is the circuit board inside my dads one.

So I need one with either a yellow or green dot providing it has the circuit board set up as @brianp38dse photo?

Yes you need a different one genuine jlr ones are about £300 new or as mentioned Martyuk`s one for £80 or my mod for under a tenner.

The Dots are not reliable, if you buy off Ebay, you need to see the circuit board as there are unscrupulous sellers fitting old guts in newer cases or changing the dots.

Only green works properly. Not seen many yellow.

Were making L322s by time they brought them out.

Yes the l322 had been out for a few years when they bought out the last up grade, which say`s they new there was an issue but would fleece owners rather then do a recall

We put new battery one all works then it kept blowing fuse 26 in the engine wen went to pull away?

Any thoughts?

Does it not say what 26 is on the fusebox lid?

Engine Management System but it blows as you pull away, that's what I don't understand, if anyone has had this before if they knew what is could be?
