My recently purchased Range makes what I can only describe as a slight rumble and vibration on pull away - it goes after a second or two and is definitely gone when the car reaches 10mph. It's as though I can 'feel' it through the steering.

The box seems fine in all modes - perhaps there's a problem with a mounting somewhere. It also reappears at crawling speed, hot or cold.

2nd ask - should I leave the car in access or normal suspension mode overnight.

3rd ask - I need a new aircon condenser, I've found a new one for £70 on fleabay and someone has offered to remove/refit and regas for £170 - value or rip-off.

Many thanks in advance - what a brilliant forum!

Rip off, unless they are supplying the condensor - A good re-gas is about £50 - £70 (gas / dye / oil ) not with a aerosol. You can indeed find the condensors for about £70, and these are easy to fit. especially as you dont have to worry about removing gas first.

Leave it in what ever mode you like - it makes no difference. I always leave mine in access, just so I can enjoy it going up.....
