I looking for a RR Sport 2006. Would like to know why de 4.4 aspirated are more expensive in general than the 4.2 supersharged ? Maintance ? I think in that time the supercharged was more expemsive as new one.

Hi and welcome. A few years ago I went for the 4.2 SC Vogue for two main reasons, speed and high mileage resale value. Having driven cars with a sub 8 second 0 to 60 and planning on getting a Supercharged XJ Jaguar for many years, the family vote went to the Supercharged Vogue as it had the Jaguar engine also. Needless to say I seldom travel alone once I've wrestled the keys from Mrs Tricky. Since all the evidence of values for well cared for higher mileage 4.2;s was better than 4.4's it seemed the right financial decision at the time. That said it's a thirsty Beast so you'll pay at the pump for the acceleration thrill. Make sure you get as good condition as you can afford as building up a rough runner will cost the earth. Happy searching.
Tricky.
