3oo tdi to a td5

hi their i ave a 300tdi with a 170 tho on the clock i replace the head and gasket yesterday nd it has now siezed the motor up i was wounderin if anyone has tried to fit a td5 motor in to a disco 1 and wot i need to do this if any knows how hard or easy it is i would be grateful if u could tell me. thanks keith

Got to be easier to just fit another 300 lump
