I tried to resolder all the Spider connections, but in the end gave up and bypassed the unit
excuse the bin man gloves
my problem now is although the truck starts, the glow plugs aren't showing on the dash so I had to use a positive feed directly to the glow plugs... hold it on and quickly start it then remove the wire...
We rang an auto electrician and he said the spider units when bypassed cut off the glow plug circuit..
is this correct? or can anyone think of any ideas?
