300TDi powersteering whine...?

Last couple of days my Disco 300TDi has been whining when steering, it had a replacement pump in July this year, lost no fluid etc

Noticed aswell that immediately after start up its hard to steer for about 2 seconds then it frees up as.

Surely it cant need another PS pump can it?

look at your belt and tensioner ,alternator is at it hardest to turn after start up relacing power from battery, belt slipping

I thought this was normal???
