Hi
I've done plenty of searches for this, but can't really seem to find any definitive answers! I want to fit 300 tdi front end to my 200tdi. I have a 300 tdi donar. Some people are saying cut headlamp panels from both vehicles and weld the 300's to the 200. other people are saying just drill some holes for the adjusters!

Any answers?

Cheers
Jim

Hi mate
I've done what you are about to to. I put the lights and grill fron a 300 on to my 200. I very easy job. All i did was to get the grinder out and make the head light holes a little bigger in the 200. The rear of the 300 lights are bigger and they will not fit into the 200. Then where the 300 lights fix on to the 200 i used long nuts and bolts. I used the plastic fastners that are on the 300 lighta but replaced the adjusters with long bolts. Then all you need to do is drill new holes in the 200 to tale the bolts.
I did it in less than a day. Fitted the 300 indicators and the grill, they went on without any messing around.
The 300 lights are a lot lot better than the 200 you can see where your going.

Its easy and you do not need the pannel from the 300
