Hi, my PAS has fallen off and is rattling around so I can't fit a serpentine. So no water pump or alternater either.

I need a quick fix, and don't really care if I have PAS.

Any ideas if I can just bypass the PAS with a shorter serpentine? If so, have a stab at what belt would fit?

Or, since I have been struggling for over a week to wriggle in with any old bolt to refit, can anyone tell me what size bolt thread would reconnect it to the engine?

Going mad stuck out here in the hills, I need a bodge to keep the engine alive until I can have it looked at properly.

Thanks for looking, Steve
