Hey guys,
Any ideas what to do for these hoses? I want to replace all hoses (they’re old and collapsing). But I’m guessing this conversion is sitting further back to the bulkhead (lt77 gearbox btw)?
Just the final tail of the power steering hose not the middle bit with connectors either side right? When I dont my last conversion I bought a silicone hose kit, cut the shortest ones in the middle & used stainless pipe
to extend them with nice polished stainless jubilee clips. I done the same with my power steering pipes as they were
too short but new lying in the shed so chop chop.
Too short due to 300tdi conversion, very commonWhat's going on with the top hose? It looks like a hose clamped to a smaller hose and then clamped to the rad!
That makes more sense.Too short due to 300tdi conversion, very common

Any idea on sizes to order? I’ve found a kit I want already but need the stainless steel bit
Like the exact length I need?Steve Parker does a 300tdi to LT 77 hose conversion kit.
If looking for some stainless tube there is likely a farm dairy parts supplier in your area, may even have some off cuts.
Sorry i meant, the kit they do are a set of extended hoses right and i don't have to bodge it together?Sure it can be cut to length you need.
Yeah 100% but if there's a kit.. then that saves me making the whole thing look ugly..I am sure some time with a tape measure and ebay will see you sorted.
It will look very smart if you get the correct angled silicone hoses, then do as suggested with the stainless intercooler pipes.Yeah 100% but if there's a kit.. then that saves me making the whole thing look ugly..
