Hi , I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction
My defender 90 has started to play up and I suspect some sort of fueling problem. The truck is fine when driving at half revs but when trying to accelerate smartly it seems to hesitate and hunt. It wont top 70 mph now either. I have changed the fuel filter tightened the wire connector at the back of the pump. Cleaned the air filter and filled the tank. Nothing seems to have worked does this model have a sediment tank if so where is it and would this cause the problem described.
The reason I tightened the wire to the rear of the pump is that the truck conked out on the motorway and this had worked itself loose I thought it might have been a bad connection causing the prob.
