300tdi 90 Sump Gasket & Transfer Box Oil Leaks - Help Warranty Refusal!!!

The one of the oil on the floor is what happens within 15mins of using the vehicle and it then being stood on my drive.

That is a major leak and not a minor one.

For the money you paid it should be pristine-if you pm me a telephone number we can chat.

DO NOT BUY FROM PENNINE AUTOS... I bought a Discovery from these guys recently... Luckily the car seems fine however, would not trust as far as could throw. I was told the car would be serviced and valeted prior to collection. I can guarantee that it wasn't valeted and I'm not sure about the service because they "forgot" to stamp the book. I have asked them a number of times now to send me a stamped company headed letter to show it had been serviced but still nothing after almost 3 months. Nearly forgot to mention, after the test drive, I discovered the vehicle was untaxed and had no trade plates! Would I go back to buy again.... NO CHANCE!!

Did you get youre leak sorted ? Will have to separate transfer box and renew seal

one of the best things to do with this is get a full report from the garage you took it to then go to 2 other places & get reports, then to you Pennine & tell him if its not repaired with days you will take the vehicle to the dearest land rover dealer you can find & instruct them to fix ANY fault that is covered under warranty and point out that the bill will be coming their way!! that usually works!! failing that take the landy and force feed him it!!
