Do you have the rave workshop manual? including the electrical diagrams.
Also, this might help, a link to an article about the fuel pump. Plus an attachment for tuning the pump , not saying you should do it, but it all helps you understand how it works. There is a lot of info out there.

@Marrio6459 - might I suggest that your first job is to clean the engine and engine bay. 
Used engine oil, or which you have plenty, is NOT good for you.

The oil is from a split pipe with I replaced when I did my filters and oil will clean it over the weekend

Found out the problem was the pipe from the pump to the turbo put new one on starts first turn of the key thanks for all the help

Glad you're sorted - But..... I'm curious as to what had happened to this pipe - presumably it had been blanked off ???
