Yes, but it is fiddly.
You will find that the blades on the fan are not all evenly spaced and there is one gap which is quite a bit wider than the others, this is useful when trying to thread it through.

I assume that I have to remove the fan housing?
You undo the 4 screws at the top, then lift it off, you can work with it like that.
It is simplest to loop the belt over the fan and around the pulley behind it, then work it over all the others, it gets really tight when you get to the last one and you may have to try different ones until you find the easiest. Even with the tensioner at its slackest it isn't that easy, but with a bit of gentle levering it is possible.
I haven't done one for quite a while now, it may even be simpler to remove the tensioner completely and then put it back in when the rest of the belt is in position.
If you haven't got a diagram of how it goes, make a drawing before you start!
If I remember correctly it is a ribbed belt so make sure the ribs are right in their slots as you go, you may find cable ties or something useful to hold bits in place as you go.

Yup the fan is gone too..... not needed it cause its not moved in 2 years 🤣 🤣
Well not where you live.
I took mine off and replaced it with an electric one switched from the cab whenever I thought it needed it.
even down here in Frogland I only ever switched it on twice in hot weather and traffic.
The Aircon fanss prolly did the biz anyway.
Does yours have aircon?
much necessary I'd imagine where you live!

Aircon yer holes in the bulkhead 🤣 🤣
My D1 with the td5 has no fan but I do have a leccy fan in the back to fit (tis on the jobs to do) I just rewired all the led spots front
& rear, leccy windows not working, I have one knackered relay which is the one for the lights but they all work just wondering if
they have rewired it through the light relay. I need to go to the spares disco & get the relay out that its the only one I dont have a
spare relay for.
