1 14" Radiator Fan & Thermostat Switch Kit
This kit uses a factory style Termostat switch activates at a set temperature and turns off at a set temprature, this set temprature cannot be adjusted.
The Hose Adaptor must be fitted into the Top hose where the coolant will be at its highest temprature that can be mesured.
14" Fan (not overall size)
12 volt
Themostat Switch consists of:
Thermo switch fitted to 38mm Hose adaptor
Thermostat Switch has two temprature ranges One activates at 87° and turns off at 83°
The other ativates at 92° and turn off at 87°
There are 3 terminals on the Thermo Switch the centre is the earth input and the Two remaining terminals are the 'Activate' earth ouptuts for each temprature range.
Relay
Pin 30 should go to a fused 12volt supply
Pin 87 Positive terminal of Electric Fan
Pin 85 Earth output from Thermo Switch
Pin 86 Positive feed from ignition (Prevents fan running when engine is off).
To overide the Thermo Switch place an On/Off switch on Dashboard with one side connected to earth and the other DIRECT to Pin 85 of the Relay.
Two Hose clips
Pulls air through radiator
'Quick Fit' fittings included
Must be fitted behind radiator
Must be fitted between engine and radiator
Not to be fitted in front of radiator
