300 tdi discovery 20MPG :/ HELP!!!

the preformance isnt really that bad because it gets to speed nicely more power since new head, the pipes to my engine turbo pipes etc. dont feel very strong is it worth switching these to silicone ones?

Sounds right, mine start whistling as the turbo spools up and then it start to pull harder as the extra fuel device is activated.

Soft is about right for standard old hoses,but splits or hole and you will lose power from loss of boost and increase black smoke.

think i have now solved it seemed the flip pump was leaking diesel not good :/

hi mate the big tyres will make your speedo go slower sow you will get les miles
and how much black smoke wen your foot is down

hey windy i no the tyres affect milometer and there is no black smoke really but since i put new pump on todai the car feels alot better

Check your right boot, someone may have replaced your steel toe caps with lead ones.

hi mate have you put a de-cat pipe on it and blanked the egr off this will give you more mpg and better bottom end you will notice the change
