300 tdi bumpers

Anyone got any advice on dealing with rust on the front and rear bumpers of the 300 tdi?
Wondering if im as well buying a new rear bumper? anyone any idea how much they cost? are the hard to replace?

if its surface rust clean it and repaint..if its hole's then if you can patch weld it then fill and paint..

front bumper is held by four bolts to the chassie and rear i think is also(althou i have never removed the rear)..

the end caps have a nasty habbit of being seized and snapping the bolts but depending on how you feel you can remount easy or just replace, the valence is the same..

bumper's can be cheep or expencive depend's what you replace them with and where from mate..
