The only successful way of diagnosing what's causing the 3 Amigos is to get the codes read with a compatible code reader.
There are quite a few reasons which can cause them to appear from a fault in the ABS modulator to a problem with a speed sensor, but there are 4 of them so you still have to decide which wheel is at fault.
