Hello,
Firstly would like to say thanks to everyone who has posted on this problem before, I had thought i had got it sorted.

Right so got the dreaded 3 amigos, simply fix i thought, new brake light switch, no not fixed. Next Re soldering HDC switch..Nope, ok New ABS Module, Bingo fixed, YAY!!

Then a few days ago got informed that i had no brake lights...ok simple, yesterday went and got another break light switch, fitted it perfect lights working fine. Went for a Drive of about 20miles return not a problem.
Last night popped down to local supermarket and the 3 amigos have appeared again.

Ive switched the brake light switched just to check i dont have a lemon, and no, old one is broke.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what i can try now?

My freelander is a 00 V reg. XEDI and uses XKB100080L (2 pronged) brake light switch. The ABS Module was from a breaker yard, and has been fitted for around 2 months.

Really tearing my hair out at this, so please help.

Check the resistance to all of the ABS sensors by unplugging then measuring the resistance across the terminals, should be around 950 to 1100 ohms.
