3.5 or 3.9 inyectors?

In my 3.5 EFI 1987 RR a month ago I put a new 3.9 block. All the 3.5 anciliary are the same I used in the 3.5. My question is: Is necesary to fit inyectors made for the 3.5 or 3.9? (they have a diferent part number, may be the 3.9 inyectors pass more fuel?)
